How It Works
Request your free prepaid bag using the form below. Fill it with clean, wearable clothing you no longer need. Seal it and drop it at your nearest post box or post office — postage is on us. We sort, quality-check and either resell or redistribute every item.
What Happens to Your Clothes?
Nothing goes to waste. Items in good condition are listed in our store, giving them a new owner who will love them. Items that don't meet our listing standard are redistributed through our humanitarian clothing parcel programme to individuals and families in need.
What We Accept
Clean, wearable clothing for men, women and children. All sizes and styles welcome. Shoes, accessories and bags considered.
Please do not send items that are heavily damaged, soiled or unwearable. These cannot be redistributed and create unnecessary waste.
